Scheduling Appointments

Please call 312-573-3700 to schedule an appointment. If you have an urgent problem, we can see you the same day. For new patients, we try to pre-register you over the phone or through our website in order to optimize the time you have in our office.

Cancelling Appointments

We understand you may need to cancel your appointment. We respectfully request that you cancel appointments with 48 hour notice. We appreciate early notification so we can offer that appointment to another patient in need. We are happy to reschedule your appointment for another time. Cancellation of an appointment with less than 48 hour notice, or any appointment missed without prior notification, may be subject to a $50 cancellation charge.

Emergencies

You will have 24 hour access to our doctors if you have an emergency. One of our four doctors will always be available to you. We have an answering service that will contact the doctor on call when our office is closed. Our emergency number is our office number 312-573-3700. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or proceed to the nearest emergency room.

There will be a consultation fee for non-emergent calls made after office hours which requires the on call physician to be paged. The amount of the charge will be determined by the on call physician based on the length of the call and the complexity of the medical issue. The distinction between an emergent or non-emergent call will be at the sole discretion of the on call physician.
